Festivalul Pădurilor is a unique project under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Moldova, dedicated to ecology, national traditions and uniting society around the National Reforestation Program. The festival concept allowed guests to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of unity with nature through interactive exhibitions, workshops and a music program in the natural forest landscape.
Media Show Grup became the first company to organize a mass event on the territory of the Presidential Residence in Condrița. Our team provided a full cycle of event preparation and management. We developed a detailed navigation system and ergonomic venue map, produced scenography and decor elements ensuring visual unity across all zones. The technical department handled main and secondary stage assembly, video screen integration for discussion panels, full site electrification, and artistic lighting and sound throughout the entire territory. A separate focus was creating dynamic media content: from motion graphics to multi-camera filming and the final aftermovie.
We successfully integrated large-scale infrastructure into the forest ecosystem without environmental damage. Creating a functional and safe space highlighted the national significance of the reforestation program while providing an exceptional level of comfort for visitors at a non-standard location.
